Blueprinting

Your Strategic First Step to Success

We set the tone for your overall campaign with a clear understanding of your desired goals and outcomes.

Blueprinting is the process we utilize to explore and indentify the strategies, techniques and tools we will implement to support and grow your brand and products/services.

The client’s Blueprint begins with a full review of your business, brand and current campaign(s) including: advertising, sales, web development, public relations and marketing opportunities.

The Blueprint process has been designed to achieve five key ”growth strategy“ goals:

• Introduce, build and strengthen your brand name and product line(s).
• Develop a schedule and projections for both a three and five year time frame.
• Create continuous sales of your product(s) and promotion of your brand through
traditional and non-traditional methods, including the newest concepts in direct-to-
   consumer marketing.
• Increase overall awareness of your brand and products.
• Strategically promote and drive retail and third party sales.

Below is a sample of what goes in to creating each client’s Blueprint:

• Conduct an overall analysis of your business model and revenue streams.
• Review all your products/services currently on the market and in development.
• Review all past, current and projected marketing/direct marketing campaigns.
• Examine competing products and brands in the marketplace.
• Examine existing testimonials for the product line(s) and brand.
• Develop a testimonial list for your brand and product(s).
• Create a market research study to determine/verify target markets and
   demographics.
• In-depth review of all your vendor relationships.
• Develop schedules and financial projections.
• Explore new opportunities and concepts throughout the process.
• Provide an in-depth action plan for implementation.

Many clients come to J. Rosen Communications for our Blueprinting process and decide to stay with us for years to come, enjoying our integrity, work ethic and ability to get the job done.
